Hey Guys...
I cant get a hold of a phone right now.
Does anyone know how much a Thermostat housing is for the Zetec... mine seems to have cracked again :(

or any experience replacing one. just so i know what i'm getting myself into.
I'll also be doing a coolant flush. because some dumb s**t at ford mixed in Green coolant with the long life!

Not sure how much the housing costs, but the replacement is easy. 3 or 4 bolts if I remember correctly.
Much easier to replace if a supercharger driveshaft isn't occupying the space directly in front of it.
pop ze hose, undo bolts, pulls right off. replace, rebolt, rehookup, top up antifreeze.

I should complile a spreadsheet comparing the problems between the zx3 and the svt...
Thermostat housing = Check... Cracked on both cars... Same place :o

I am guessing 05's models changed the design, atleast i would imagine so. Maybe still made of plastic but re-enginereed not to crack.
