Post up if you have any concrete links to places that have one in-stock.
The Focus Central aka Black Diamond Racing 60mm TB. It MUST be for the 2000-04 Focus SPI... the earlier SPI/CVH engines are somewhat different in the intake manifold and mounting bolt configurations and those TBs will not work.

They're treating everything BDR ever made as a GB product right now. I've tried and tried to get them to have 4-5 of each in stock, but they won't relent.
Unless they'll sell 20 or so at a time, they won't process any orders for one.
