courier is riding along and buddy throws trash out the window
courier is offended by littering, picks it up and throws it back in window
buddy gets out of car and throws coffee on courier
courier keys buddy's car
violence and chaos ensues.

motorist throws food out of window. courier, disliking littering, picks up food and throws food back in car. motorist dumps coffee on courier. courier scratches car with key. road rage ensues.

the courier is female. i 'got away' with taking pics by just doing it openly. nobody noticed me because the focus is obviously on the altercation at hand.

i followed the motorist back to his car to photograph his license plate number. he proceeded to open his trunk, take out a baseball bat, and charge me. i walked away, and was one of only two witnesses to stay at the scene and give a statement to police.

Lock them both up, the guy for being a hot head and the dyke for just for being a typical bike courier.

I'm glad he got what he deserved, too bad the courier wasn't using her head... you'd think that being on the road with cars for a living would teach you that they hate you.

Unfortunately I'm a cyclist, so my opinions are biased. I get pissed off when i go on a group ride and everyone around me stops thinking about the people around them.

Bikes don't own the road
Cars don't own the road
Pedestrians don't own the road

share the damn road!.. it's not hard if everyone just did what they're supposed to do.

My point too, I used to ride 70km per day and I blame the couriers for the way commuter bicyclists like myself were treated.

I agree with your comment about men going toe to toe with women. BUT if the woman starts s*** that rule is out the door.

If a woman, any women comes upto me and punches me. I will hit back I don't give a s*** if she's 80lbs or 380lbs. You hit me I am going to hit you.

I didn't read the whole thing but he threw it out his window onto the street, not into her path/face/body etc.. that was not an act against her. She picked it up and threw it into his car. That was an act against him, he took it personally and rightly so. The woman could have said excuse me sir you dropped this out your window blah blah first, then throw it at him after he told her to f off :)

I wasn't saying he was justified since I didn't read the whole thing, nor do I want to cause bike courriers are insane and wreckless ( there have been a few TLC type shows on them ) and I have a tainted view on them as it is.

All I said was if the woman hit him, he has the right to hit her back. I am not saying she did.

Looks same the same bitch I almost ran over last week when I was downtown.

She had the nerve to cut through the cars, "lane split" going down Yonge to get in front of me..so I down shifted, hammered on the gas and came probably 1 inch from her back tire, I was so FACKING PISSED. I Hate them.
