Here's my 2 cents. Dude is an asshole for littering. Courier is a bitch for wat she did, I don't give 2 s***s wat that guy did she doesn't have the right to do that. Dude is a asshole again for dumping coffee on her. Courier scratching his car well now she is asking for it. Now I'm not saying I'd be hitting her But like f*** she keys my car there'd be some repracussion to that. So in the end Both of them deserve charges pressed. Her for damage to property and him for assault.
Also on a side note the whole thing started cuz dude threw his garbage out his window, she thinks she is all law abiding by throwing it in his car, then scratching it? Come on. She was not in the right here.

And by the look of the pictures, it could have easily happened that way to.

yeah by the sounds of it it wasnt intentional.
