Damaged Svt

Here is what happened to my SVT. My older brother did it because he was mad at me. I won't go into all the details. There is about $1000 to $1200 damage. :(

I hope your brother is paying for the damage. I'd be pissed if someone did that to my car, let alone a family member.

He has to pay my deductible which is $200 within the next four month and if doesn't he will be charged.I filed a report with the RCMP the same nite.
I think he should pay for the damage and not go against my insurance. BTW he didn't escape without injury after he did this to my car.

Pitty about the focus, and what an idiot I might add for doing that.
If you have to replace the fender I have that side for sale still if you need it.
I was the only member on this board with a Yellow Focus Sedan, and a 2002+ Euro Facelift on a sedan.

if your older brother did that, are you even old enough to drive? 'cause that's something a 12 yr old would do.

I'd be making him pay for the damage, not the deductable. If he just pays the deductable you get screwed every year after that when your rates go up.

Looking at it some more an experienced body man can get the dents out of the door easy, a new fender isn't much, I recall someone selling an oem set on the site a while ago......could be done under 1000.....

I've talked to the adjuster at SGI today and was told the deductible is $100 as it will be listed under vandlism.
At the time of the incident he called my car "Just a piece metal".My car is my pride and joy plus it is paid for. I jumped on his back while he was trying to walk away and got a few hits in plus I scratched both sides of his face, as a female that is thing to do. He doesn't own a car as he has rotten credit and can't hold a job for more than a few months. It wouldn't matter to me if I ever talked to him again. I did alot for him in the past. I know he won't be able to come up with the deductible. This happen two days after my Dad passed away. :(
