Hi gang
Just thought I'd share my Focus ST170 supercharger project with you.
Courtesy of Mitch at ZX3 Tuning, I purchased the Powerworks BBK S/C kit and some other goodies. This was installed on my ST170 along with a gasflowed, ported and polished cylinder head.
Power Engineering in London carried out the installation, including Omex 710 engine management.
I think 307bhp and 268ft/lbs torque is sufficient
Focus ST170, Powerworks Big Boost SC kit, gasflowed ported and polished cylinder head, Piper exhaust cam vernier pulley, Hayward & Scott custom exhaust, RT Sports CAT, Omex 710 engine management, Magnecor KV-85 HT leads, Fidanza aluminium flywheel, Clutchmasters Stage IV clutch, Black Diamond front brake discs, Ferodo DS2500 front brake pads, EGR bodykit and spoiler, Cervinis Mach 5 bonnet, Defi gauges, Steeda Tri-Ax short shifter.
To come.....Staenz conn rods, JE custom pistons, Aquamist, Mocal oil cooler, KW Variant II coilovers, H&R anti-roll bars, Hughes Eng rear strut brace, uprated oil pump, LCR Camber plates, Rear camber bolts, Ferriday exhaust gasket, wheels.

The wheels on Steve's Focus in the background are the MP3 7 spoke alloys, which were standard on the MP3 Focus in Europe (Sony MP3 headunit). They were also fitted to the limited edition Focus TDCi Sport.
My Powerworks kit does indeed have the BBK throttle body, but also the Powerworks Big Boost additions (mainly new S/C snout and smaller pulley)

Good lord  those are some seriously scary power numbers you've got going there. You could eat most Mustangs for breakfast and probably have room left over to take out a 'Vette for dessert
Must be like riding in the DeLorean in the Back To The Future movies, a pause and then KA-POW!

Well 3rd gear is stunning. The torque is unrelenting. You don't get that turbo kick, but as you can see from the graph it rises and then just sits there as the car rips up the tarmac (asphalt).

Great numbers, this is pretty good. The PW is a good set-up, I think I could get the same numbers out of my Zetec.

no, not by just bolting it on. With many more mods, yes, but not just by bolting the PW kit on.
