You'd think it would be dumb and only do a few things but you can control the entire deck by sliding your index finger up or down////
i love that s***!

What you running for a carputer. It's exactly what I'm planning on doing

Well if I went with a carputer, i've always wanted a shuttle to do so. I was at bestbuy last night and saw a shuttle like hp pc, looked pretty neat, and was half the size of a shuttle!

my setup well be a lilput 7" screen mounted just under the hvac knobs and a flip up monitor mounted in the center cup holders for the rear seats .. then probably a slot load dvd player mounted where the deck used to be (haven't decided if i'm tossing the deck or not) .. and my carputer case is one that resembles an amp so i'll mount it in the trunk and paint to to match my current amps so it looks like it fits in

Does the job just fine, and it looks plain...most passengers don't know I have it, until I touch the screen. I have all the demos and stuff turned off, and have the colour and brightness adjusted to match my dash controls and guages. Has a touchscreen that actually warns you that the unit is in low-temp status in the winter time, thus making think not to beat on it right away. Has 4 angles, though I don't use any, Sirius control, sub out, aux in, variable sub, digital EQ, etc. Does everything I want. I don't wanna go any fancier than this, besides, it was closer to $700 after taxes, and that's a lot to me for a HU...

thats my deck,
got the kca-410c adaptor (2 auxins and 2 changer ports)
and i got my Ipod, hooked up thru the deck with the ipod adaptor!
it is a sweet deck!
but damn it is complicated, for me to figure out how to use it . . .
not use it, but tune the system . .
arg . . .
the process continues
