Vent Visors
#1
Well i was walking around walmart the other day and I always check the clearance rack to see what goodies they have. Sitting there was a set of 4 Ventshade window visors (those stick on guards so you can have your window open slightly when it rains to let fresh air in). all I could read was 4DR Focus...the bottom half was pealed off. They were letting them go with a 75% reduction cuz everything was missing except the 4 shades. I decided to bite cuz at $17 for these babies you can't go wrong.

I get home and go to install them. The fronts went on no problem but I was having a hell of a time with the rears. did a closer examination of the box and noticed (Focus 4dr W...). Looks like these are for a wagon. So with a little influence from my trusty heatgun and some arm power...I warped them to fit my rear windows and BAM!...I got me some vent shades.

I missed these things when I had them on my tempo. So much easier when it rains to just crack a window slightly.

 umm the Focus Sedan, 5 door Hatch and Wagons all use the same doors as they are all inner changeable, from each other if you had to replace them. if anything I think your vent covers we just needing the little adjustment you did to make them fit correctly.

See thats where your wrong. The Wagon have straight edges at the top where the sedans have a rounded edge at the top. I know this cuz one of the guys who works with us has the wagon (not to be confused with the ZX5) and his back doors are straight edged at the top.
