I'm in the market to replace my 21" monitor with a nice new LCD monitor

What i'm after is a 19-21" Widescreen LCD monitor. The reason i'm after widescreen and the size is becuase for the time being i use at as my tv aswell. I'm looking to spend max $500

The ones that are tops on my list right now are:
Acer AL1916W 19" wide-screen LCD

and

Viewsonic VA1912wb 19" widescreen LCD

thoughts/suggestions?

buy a Dell.


I know I know...


But do it. They have some really good LCD monitors. The Widescreen 20.1" is awesome. Or the 24" oh and they have a 30" coming out soon.

Viewsonic over Acer any day of the week for me.

The Dell stuff is nice, but unless you have a corporate discount it's pricey at that end of the spectrum.

That's everything with Dell... really cheap, or really pricey.
