Personally I'm an Offline Support Analyst. at Rogers Telecomm formerly Sprint Canada Inc.
Sorta strange factor, i've been doing the basically the same job for the last 3 years. 6 different companies. lol
Basically what i do
I fix Local Service orders, Issues which arise from our call centers..
I guess you could consider it Tier 2 Repairs/Order Manipulation/Escalations

I'm a Community Legal Worker (Think paralegal, but actually supervised by a lawyer) at Mississauga Community Legal Services.
My main duties are telephone intake, client interviews, representation before the Ontario Rental Housing Tribunal and unpaid IT support guy because our funders have incompetant fuktards handling help desk support for our clinic and the 78 other clinics in the province :ph34r:
