if Ford does a diagnostic test to check for problems will this effect my chip?
will they know that i have a chip?
Will it effect thier readings?

wont effect the chip
the chip will change the readings.
it's best to pull it and reset the computer before taking it in!

If you're not heavily modded and have an XCalibrator, just revert to the stock program for the day???

If you have a "chip" yes the dealership will pick that up right away , If you have a flash they can see there are changes , If you flash it back to stock origional then they cannot see anything but if they want to check they can tell how many times your PCM has been flashed , If the flash number does not match the Ford flash numbers for your car (how many times ford has flashed your car) you could get some grief
