First of all, where can I buy a set? Second, is it hard to take the stock ones out and put the clear ones in? Is there a how-to some where?

Ebay is prolly your best bet with these. Quality dont make a difference in these becuase they are all garbage LOL What I mean by that they well get moisture in them. Some ppl are lucky. I was lucky with mine. How ever i fyou take some clear silicone and put some aroudn the edge and make your own seal you are good to go.
As far as install its easy. Easier then easy. Get under the car and use a wrench to take up the two bolts. Disconect the blub (you gotta turn it) then pop out the lense. Install in reverse.
Honestly, no need for a how-to.
Jack up one side (I find it easier and less stressful when you have room to move) Get under there and take a look. It will all make sense ;)

You dont even need to jack up the car (unless you have it lowered excessively), just stick your face under the bumper and you'll see the two cheapo nut things you'll have to remove.
There's a how-to already made here: www.jwardell.com/focus/clearcorners.html As you can see, this mod is probably second only to the shorty antenna installation as far as easy goes :P The only sort of tough part is that sometimes the tabs holding them snapped onto the bumper are a little stubborn to let go.. Ebay is your best bet for cheapest lenses.. the APC ones are surprisingly expensive, and you have probably a 75% chance they will let in moisture. Mine did, got rid of them and bought some off of ebay, ran a bead of clear silicone around the seam and havent had a drop of moisture in them for over a year.
