I was thinking that while back too :)

as long as its the same body look, its gona be really hard to proven guilty :)

But if you are going to take 01 vin out and put on a 05 Euro style then its gona be very obvoius that its a fake VIN.

So just get our VIN and put on the RS and you are done. Actually your is the same colour.

Ohh shoot, some Idiot has placed the steering on the wrong side!11 :D

So its gona be pretty hard to pass the VIN test.

You should try to look for anything but Britsh import.

I actually wanted to get the TDCi engine and just placed it on an older model focus. That would have been sweet.

The intake and alternator are on the front side of the engine as opposed to the back side on the 2.0 zetecs.

not really, if you want to legally import a car, you can so long as it's 15 years or older, so getting a Ford Escort Cossie would not be an issue as there are a few 1994's out there. if anything check out the RIV website.
I was the only member on this board with a Yellow Focus Sedan, and a 2002+ Euro Facelift on a sedan.
