New Front Grill
#1
Still a work in progress right now. Just need to find the time to finish it....

Its the stock grill cut up, then I fiberglassed the edges to thicken it up...

Bought some of that APC mesh from CND Tire....I used some other stuff but it didnt look good. I was able to mold the grill with the fiberglass....grill sandable to, so it makes a nice finish.

Im thinking of painting the mesh the same color as my wheels..

What do you guys think? Pos/Neg comments welcome.

Looks good. Was going to have to do something to the missing lower rad grill on the Focus. This gives me a great idea. Thanks!

LOL...thats the thing, if I can get my hands on a bunch of stock grills I know exactly how to make these without it taking so long. I so went the wrong way with this grill but I'm still really happy the way it sturned out so far.

At least I know that if I make another one, it will be done much better and faster!
