That tanks available from topspeed fabrication... It's a coolant overflow tank and your intercooler tank in one... Def worth picking up if you need it.. I wouldn't be concerned at all with possible heat transfer

This guy doesn't actually have the tank, its still being fabbed at topspeed. I bought the prototype one from another guy for less than they sell it for shipped to my door with all the fittings I need to just drop it in. Litterally the one in that photo above.

I found a major design flaw with this tank, it doesn't have a front bracket to support it so it simply rests on the motormount. Rather sloppy design, I thought there would be something to support the front.
Stupid me got it Powdercoated so now I need to gind off in one spot and weld on a new bracket that should have been there to begin with. On top of that the fittings they provide are not the right ones to hook this tank up. New fittings, weld on a new bracket, i'll probably just pickup some black textured paint and paint the new bracket and weld to try and match. I don't have time for more powdercoating.
Not really impressed, I am litterally doing their R&D for them right now.
