For Duratec they are all long tube

Go with OBX! I have one on my Zetec and it is a great quality piece, and still alot cheaper then the other guys (F2 or FocusSport)

My only suggestion is with the money saved get it ceramic coated

I will add that a far better header would be a turbo header :)

Sadly, both the Scoob and Duratec motors have their roots firmly in WRC... the only downside is that the Duratec doesn't come with a turbo (right now, anyways). :(

Mind you, there are/were quite a few Cosworth guts in the WRC Focus.

That's why the Duratec loves to rev... I loved seeing 7200RPM WOT shifts in my "old" 07 ZX5.

I got the OBX and I will stand by it. I actually got rid of my Focus Central 4-2-1 on my Zetec for the OBX. Overall, I like the OBX better. :)

Yes Yes your scubby would eat my car for breakfast lol but for what I got it pulls, and I do plan on gutting her and putting some cosworth balls in it. Also my OBX header was branded with the MADE IN USA on the down pipes. Though it could be like dub wheels and any other rim company where the rims were made in China and chromed in USA. Making it a USA finished product. But I stand with my dicision.

i heard the F2 header is better because its got smaller primaries compared to the OBX. any clarification on this?

Too bad you live too far from me, I got a brand new f2 header I wanna get rid of. I don't need it since I have the turbo on now and I never got around to installing the f2 header. I got a bunch of things I wanna sell but I don't have a high enough post count to sell on the forums

Just open a post and do it there but don't put prices shouldn't be a problem.

ya it is a torque step header so the primaries are smaller to start off with and with the theory behind it, suppose to keep low end torque higher, personally i prefer the upper range with my obx. it all depends on your prefence and price point.
