PCV valve? Do I have to rent a engine lift to replace it?

On a 2.0 its zetec/spi its just behind the exhaust manifold on the front. You'll see black odd looking box and a black hose attached to it which runs around the drivers side of the motor.

The PCV valve is plugged into the box behind the header, tug on the hose attached and you should be able to remove the pcv and replace it.

if you have a stock header and heat sheild, you will have to go at it from underneath the car, if you have an aftermarket header takes 5 mins :)
