Has anyone installed a autometer air/fuel gauge in their car. If so, does anyone have a walk through of how it is done, and a list of the parts/tools I'll need. What wire does it attach to on the O2 sensor, where is the exact location of the sensor, or should it be hooked up near the ecu, should the o2 wire or whatever wire it is attached to be cut right through to join up the gauge wire, etc...
Pleace help, a newb
Thanks

if you attach an A/F to an oxygen sensor which one is it suppose to connect to. Before or after the cat?

I just wanted to know, because since I have no cat then if it is suppose to go after the cat it would be more pointless I suppose for me to even buy one.

If you have no cat... then I've heard the best place to put it is as close to the collector as possible. If you have any kind of tuning ability (chip, stand-alone) you should be able to turn them off and use the MAF for all A/F ratio calculations.
