Rear Suspension Rebuild

Ok heres a few pics of what I got to do this weekend wow It could have beeen done faster but I decided to paint everything while I had it apart and reinforce the bottom arm by welding some metal over the open weak areas. I also have top and bottom camber adjustment

Is that the prothane or energy kit?

I need to do that too. I was thinking of re-painting mine as well. I helped my Cousin put poly urethane bushings in his Cougar, all we did was use a simple vice. Turned out well, it was just time consuming, thats all.

it was horrible most of the bolts had to be cut off I went with prothane from new edgeperformance awesome guy and quick! I also replaced my stock sway bar bushings I have a special tool to press out the bushing Its called a socket and a BFH :]
