I figured they'd go F/I. That's all they had left on the table to get over 600HP without a monster motor that wouldn't keep them within CAFE rules.

i think the ZR1 is in a whole other league than the GTR..

the z06 is faster than a 911 turbo around a track stock v stock (and supposedly the GTR appx = 911 turbo)

the ZR1 should blow both the 911 turbo and the GTR away (and pretty much most other cars too)

last time i was at thunderhill i saw a shelby GT500 and the C6 z06 lapping at the same itme, and it could have been driver difference but the GT500 was getting spanked.

i was thinking of the same thing since i noticed that '04 Z06 with 15k miles can be purchased for only $32k USD

What are you trying to say about Corveete owners? I own a 1990 and my old man is trying to get one of these ZR1's pre-ordered at a local dealership. I know a few Camaro owners and i'd rather ride with Vette owners any day.
