NOBODY in this life deserves automatic raises, save for the guys and gals that are in our armed forces. They're the only ones that serve our country outright. Cops and firefighters are just as noble, it's just too bad they can't just bloody well negotiate their own paycheques like civilized folk. I really don't see what stops a skilled cop from keeping his/her job and getting raises like the rest of the world on their own merit.

I've said this once I'll say it again and it applies to everyone. If someone is flaming you, trolling your posts, etc, let me know, and I'll deal with it. If you start flaming other people's threads, etc, there's nothing I can do... so don't even start, don't do anything. If someone flames a post of yours, tell me, I'll remove the post, I'll take further action.
