Very Interesting.
THis is the problem I had with my Jetta. Low Battery was setting off the Airbag light.
2006-2007 Audi A8
Vehicles affected: 234
On certain vehicles, in cases where a weak battery exists, it is possible that a low-voltage condition could cause the airbag control unit to improperly set a fault code. If this occurs, the passenger side frontal airbag will become deactivated, and would not deploy during a frontal crash. Dealers will update the airbag control module software.
