My truck does this alot if I forget to remind someone to put in the sub zero washfluid. :angry:

Problem in every car. And unless your using Water in the tank all winter then Cheap or not, the washer fluid shouldnt freeze.
Odds are its the fuse or your washer pump is cooked. Both easy to fix.
