I have the premium ESP on my wife's 04 ZTW and we have used it a couple of times ... once to replace the power steering rack and once to replace a defective mirror heater.
Had a bit of a problem with the mirror because the dealership first told me it wasn't covered because the warranty doesn't include body ... when I pointed out to the service manager that this was an electrical problem and all electrical is included, he found a way through the system to get it covered.
So far I'm happy with having one and think it was a good investment.
