It is too obviously fake to be considered as a legitimate threat. The real interesting part is that they probably put together this laughable fake bomb to test the waters for the real McCoy to come later. Also by sending it out of Yemen and thus focusing all of the interest around the region it may divert attention from a real bomb being sent out from another part of the world.
