Accidents still happen at 5km/hr, they put that law in place for a reason.

I was rear ended last year in traffic going about 5 km/hr....lady was texting away. No major damage, but still. Pay attention to the road, your emails/texts can wait.

Sorry - but its a huge pet peeve of mine. My friends do it all the time and I fawkin lose it on them.

I stopped driving in this year - traffic has gotten way to bad for me to deal with it, I have no patience with idiot drivers so I have started taking the bus to work. it was nice to blast by everyone at Montreal road.
