Mo, you forget, my father is muslim, and my name as listed on the drivers license, birth certificate, and all other ID is "Ali"... that's just as Muslim as Mohammed/Mohamad.

I haven't gone by that for years as I do not follow the religion to which the name has connotation, however it is what the border guys see... I've been stopped and questioned at the airport about it because I travel on an Irish passport with a Muslim name, having been born in Canada and my last trip (before the one this summer) out of country was to Turkey... doesn't really add up. Believe me I feel your pain.
