Has anybody done this install?
it says you have to bore out the intake?!
i'm asuming it means the intake manifold?
how much of a big deal is it if you don't?
is it best to bore it on or off the car?
and what is RTV?

you don't really hae to bore out the intake [otherwise known as "port matching"] it IS recommended, but not nessesary, and not a big deal if you don't.
RTV is a silicone, which is used as a sealer.....a liquid gasket if you will.
you can get is pretty much anywhere...we have it, ct has it, etc....get the blue one

I dunno..there's been lots of debate on how much benefit the 65mm throttle body offers. I personally haven't tried it, but I can imagine it would be really twitchy just coming on the throttle, and it's probably not the real bottleneck of the system near full throttle anyways.
I'm sure it would provide more performance on a blown engine, but I personally am pretty happy with the driveability of the stock TB.
