Leaking valve cover - cracked block - could be a lot of things - first thing to do is stick your head in there and try to see where it's coming from - in any event, you'll need to provide more info or pics for anyone on here to be able to help.

Im guessing valve gasket. Quite common with the fofo.
Have a good look in there there. A cracked block wouldn;t be good at all. Check under your oil cap as well. If it's milky.... start looking for a scrap yard near by.

Seriously... if the oil is coming out topside, it's possibly a valve cover gasket. Can you see which pulley is getting hit? Or is it just the belt directly?

A leaking valve cover would get your timing belt first wouldnt it? Sounds like your seal is gone on your oil pump. I'd look down there first.
