It's always worth it, no matter the motor.
That said, I have no idea except to tell you to pick your favourite Zetec CAI and then get a rubber reducer from most hardware stores. The reducer needs to go from ~ 50mm I.D. to about ~60mm I.D.
Use two worm gear clamps and you're good.

intakes are suposed to make more gas milage due to better air flow, but with me, i notice less fuel economy cuase i'm always pressing on the gas to hear it :D

i don't really know if i trust ebay enough to buy anything from them. like when you see
stuff like "headlights forMUSTANG/FOCUS/ESCORT"
or FOCUS ZETEC ZX3 ZX5 ZTS 00 01 02 03 04 AIR INTAKE SOHC
is there anyway to check the seller ratings?
and does DOHC and SOHC count while buying a CAI? by the sounds of it i should just get a TB and intake? ;)

You can buy any Zetec intake you want... so long as you use a rubber reducer as mentioned above.
Or, do the Black Diamond Racing 60mm TB install like Oscar did and then you're slightly larger than the Zetec factory TB anyways. From that point on, every Zetec intake fits.
