Bradford,

Not trying to shoot off, what I'm saying is that as far as I'm aware the labour to change front springs looks about the same as replacing the bushings; at least as far as the Windstar went it was, haven't seen the manual time on the Focus, so if it is less I stand corrected.

But if Anthony had his replaced 3 times, is it conceivable that's what he paid?

Well were getting the whole shabang anyway just incase the mount is done and need to get that to. Only an extra 30 bucks and more peace of mind B)

Look at having to shell out about 250 to have that replaced.

So $30 for two strut bearings and almost the same amount of labour it took to change your springs.

Can't you see where Anthony got the "about" $250 cost to replace the bearings from?

Thank-you.

Labour labour labour!!!!

As for a spring installation???? I paid 65 bux!

Thank-you nothing To get two strut bearings in you it should cost you $30 and hour labour that equals not even $100 that is a far cry from $250 and as far as my $250 goes did you not see all of extra stuff I got done for that $250. Look at the facts before you guys shoot off.

And for your $65 spring install was the guy drunk at the time. Any book you look at, it is 3 hour job and most places charge $60 an hour so you do the math.

I'll scan my spring recipt for you. The 2 guys did it in JUST over an hour. It cost me 2 MR.SUBS AND 12 CARLING...OKAY, ALL IN TOTAL, ABOUT 100 BUX.

I'm not about to get into a pissing contest with you. I know what I paid, I know EXACTLY what things cost to have fixed on this car....why???? Not because I'm an arrogant prick.....But because I've actually had almost everything possible fixed on this car.

The forst time I had the strut bearing replaced, they charged me the time for the roadtest and then diagnostic.

It'n not a cheap fix at a dealership. Maybe if you have a grease monkey you know do it for you.

Sorry didn't read everything but sounds like a front right spring warranty repair.

$30 for the new CV boot....from C.A.P.S, Canadian Automotive Parts Supplier.

My new love & new neighboor.

The Justy isnt as bad as some may think. I've had to do the breaks, which cost me under $120. It was something like $65 or $85 for the rotors and $35 for the pads....haha....when you hold thm in your hand you think of Baby shoes.....there so small.

The fuel pump cost me $130 something to....that took a whole 30 minute sot install :o

Gotta give it to Subaru, they made mainteneance on this thing easy. Sliding break calipers :o so sweet, just lift them up, put in your new pads and disc, slide them back over.....break job takes 45 minutes on this thing.
