so i installed my header yestarday, put the cheater on and everything.....so thing worked fine.....30 mins ago i came out out of the movies, started driving and all of the sudden my engine check light came on, so im like wtf

i will also mention that the cheater i got was home made, so im not sure with what quality its made with .......or could it be one of my 02 sensors?

i wouldn't mind run Xcal on my car or some sort of check to see what the codes are like....

any ideas?

Get a Chip or Xcal, Problem solved.

Ive seen people with Boughten Mil-el ,Still get a Code.

Get a tune call it done.

Which sensor did you connect it to? It should go in the one closest to the rad (see picture); the one on the 2-3 collector.


You should be able to just make out which one I mean.

Don't forget to disconnect the battery to clear the ECU.

so my bad it was in a 2-3 collector......so i unplugged the battery, unpluged and reconnected the cheater....started it there was not engine check,,,,so im gonna go out for a bit tonight later on and see if its gonna come back on
